We have an action-oriented loan scheduling team who will work with your staff to ensure that loans are quickly and conveniently scheduled in accordance with lender guidelines.
The key to our success has been, and continues to be, providing exceptional service to our clients and being flexible to meet their needs.
Clients and their borrowers are offered the ability to close at a location outside the office, as may be required to accommodate the clients’ needs. Further, loans are regularly closed Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Loan closings are performed by courteous, experienced counsel and paralegals. Our staff understands that the closing is the borrower’s last impression of the mortgage salesperson, mortgage broker and lender. Therefore, exceptional effort is made to ensure each and every borrower’s closing experience is positive.
