Jessie James Burke, Esq.
is Of Counsel to Mason & Mason, P.C.. He is a 1992 graduate of Bentley College in Waltham, MA, and was employed in the real estate industry and the contracting industry prior to beginning his legal studies. He graduated from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1996, and was admitted to the New York State Bar, Second Department in 1997. He had maintained his own practice prior to joining the firm as of Counsel.

Jessie is a proud member of the: American Bar Association; New York State Bar Association; Nassau County Bar Association; and an affiliate member of : the National Association of Mortgage Brokers; and the New York Association of Mortgage Brokers and is a Governor of the La Salle Military Academy Alumni Association. He also volunteers his time raising awareness and money for various special causes, including: The De La Salle School, in Freeport NY; The Wounded Warrior Project; and The Boy Scouts of America, Greater New York Councils.

He concentrates his practice on transactional real estate law representing mortgage lenders, at closing, as well as representing purchasers and sellers of commercial & residential real estate. Mr. Burke has represented scores of institutional lenders including: Chase, HSBC, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Wachovia, Washington Mutual, Countrywide, Indymac and CitiMortgage.
