William M. Mason, Esq.
Is a founding partner of Mason & Mason, P.C.. He is a 1989 graduate of St. John's University and was employed in the insurance industry prior to beginning his legal studies. He graduated from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and was admitted into the New York State Bar in 1995. He is a member of the Board of Directors of The New York Association of Mortgage Brokers and The Nassau County Firefighters Museum. Mr. Mason volunteers his time raising money for various special causes and is the 2005 recipient of the special Achievement Award from the Joining Each Other To Share charity.

He concentrates his practice on transactional real estate law representing mortgage lenders, at closing, as well as representing purchasers and sellers of commercial & residential real estate. Mr. Mason is counsel to over sixty institutional lenders including: Chase, HSBC, Emigrant Mortgage, Washington Mutual, Country Wide, Indymac and Citi Mortgage.
